Working on a 3ds Max script

Hey!

I’m working on a 3ds max script and when i fihish it, it will become a plugin.

I made a “Procedural Gun System” with PFlow, FumeFx and AfterBurn. It has a lot of events. It consists of 7 passes.  When I want to render all that out, it’s a really a HARD work, because i need to turn off a lot of events to render 1 pass and so on.

This script will automatically “turn on” and “turn off” each PASS for viewing in viewport and for rendering. It will save me a lot of time. And  i’ll add it a “Render” option, so when i click on that, it will render ALL the passes to different locations, one after the another. I’ll add also a FumeFx simulation tab, so when i make a change in the system, i can resimulate the smoke. This script will be really useful for me. If I want to change the camera position of the scene, I won’t have to “turn on” and “turn off” all the PFlow events again. This script will make that for me.

Also I’ll share the problems I had and that I solved by myself (because i didn’t find the answer in google).

Cheers

Nahuel
